Are you interested in knowing more about the nutritional value of your hay? The King CD has a core sampler or ‘hay probe’ that is available for loan. The hay probe is used to collect forage samples that can be sent to a laboratory for analysis. Knowing the nutrient composition can help you match feeds to animal requirements or help with hay marketing.
