1. Take I-405 to RENTON, Exit 2/2B
2. At exit 2/2B, take ramp right for WA-167 North / Valley Fwy toward Rainier Ave
3. Turn left onto SW Grady Way (0.7 mi)
4. Arrive at 1107 SW Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057-5217 on the left.  The last intersection is Powell Ave SW.  If you reach Oakesdale Ave SW, you've gone too far.
